Get ready for this year's Empire Clean Vehicle Festival! Join ECC and its partners for a showcase of the latest clean transportation innovations operating in our region.
The Festival showcases some of the emissions-fighting technology and innovative transportation projects at work in New York City and beyond. This is great opportunity to learn about the clean vehicle and infrastructure technology, local programs working to improve air quality, and available funding opportunities to assist in transition to sustainable technologies!

Set sail with NAFA New York Inter County Chapter, Empire Clean Cities, and New Jersey Clean Cities on Wednesday, June 7th at 5pm for a gala celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the US DOE Clean Cities program and the 65th Anniversary of NAFA!
Departing from Pier 40 in Manhattan, this two-hour cruise around the Statue of Liberty and New York harbor will feature a 3-course dinner, beverages, and entertainment! Eligible participants will be 18 years of age or older and a Long Island residents serviced by PSEG Long Island. Participants must lease or own a plug-in electric vehicle, such as a battery electric vehicle (BEV) or plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV). To enter, please review the Official Rules below and submit your photos and a video testimonial to the submission form. We will select five winners to win a $500 gift card! CONTEST RULES: In order to enter the contest, your submission must include the following: One (1) picture of you with your EV. Film one (1) short video (30 seconds to 2 minutes) of yourself answering a preset of questions about your EV: Introduce yourself! Where do you live (city, region, etc.), what model EV you drive, how long have you been driving electric, etc. What inspired you to purchase or lease an electric vehicle? Where do you charge your vehicle? What is the electric range on your vehicle? Optional questions: What do you love about your specific model? Where did you purchase or lease your EV? What was the experience of purchasing or leasing your EV? Conclude your video by saying “I love my EV because…” or "Driving electric is important because...." and then fill in your statement!* IMPORTANT NOTE: Please remember to restate the question in your answers (e.g. “the range on my EV is 150 miles” versus “150 miles!”). FILMING GUIDELINES: Please film all content horizontally. Vertical videos will not be accepted. Please use the same smartphone or digital camera for all submissions to ensure consistent video quality. All video content must be submitted as an .MP4 file. When filming your testimonial answers, please do so at a location with minimal outside noise -- if you park your car curbside on a busy street, for example, please drive your car to a place with less traffic noise before filming. Be conscious of lighting when filming your content. If applicable, please follow local public health guidelines while filming your submission. PSEG Long Island I Love

Empire Clean Cities, Drive Electric Long Island, and EmPower Solar came together for a morning of networking and EV education. EV drivers and enthusiasts enjoyed light refreshments, as well as an electric vehicle showcase with Chevrolet of Smithtown and others.
